We provide and install a range of broadcast equipment ranging from broadcast consoles, microphones, headphones, voice processors, telephone hybrids, studio computers, radio automation software, RAG lights, studio clocks, studio furniture, sound proofing and acoustic treatment. We do projects whether funded privately or by the MDDA.

We provide maintenance on all studio equipment, whether supplied by us or any existing equipment. Maintenance includes servicing of broadcast consoles,studio computer maintenance and general IT support on studio computers.

We provide maintenance on all transmission equipment on high sites which includes FM transmitters, FM translators, STL links, audio processors, RDS encoders, audio codecs, antenna feeder cables, antennas, power splitters and cavity filters.

We supply and install all transmission equipment which includes FM transmitters, FM translators, STL links, audio processors, RDS encoders, audio codecs, antenna feeder cables, antennas, power splitters and cavity filters. We supply mostly equipment that is locally manufactured for which parts are readily available. We manufacture our own RDS encoders and are in the process of expanding our range of products that is manufactured in house.

We provide detailed coverage maps to give you an indication of where your signal reach will be. We do signal studies as well should your station require a second frequency and we assist in completing the document for applying for an additional spectrum license with ICASA.

We do electronic repairs on all studio equipment and transmission equipment. We do component level repairs on all equipment. Equipment manufacturers include broadcast consoles from Sound Craft, Allen & Heath, AEQ, Studer & Axia. We repair all other equipment manufacturer consoles not listed here. We do repair transmission equipment as well and manufacturers include BSE, BW Broadcast, Crown, Tugicom, Rhode & Schwarz and Aareff.

Our flat rate includes the following services:
• Unlimited listener count
• 1 stream feed from your studio to our servers
• 1 stream feed for use with your OB (outside broadcast)
• Reporting system with graphs and charts
• Linking your stream to all major apps (Radio Garden, myTuner, etc)
• Free radio app with your branding
• Notifications when your stream is down or up again
• Fail over audio playback when your studio is down (you provide us with a pre-compiled mp3 track of 2 to 3 hours to upload to our server)
• No 12 month or 24 month contracts. The service is month-to-month and can be cancelled with one month's notice.

We provide cloud storage for your station's content to provide you peace of mind in the case your system crashes, theft or is damage by fire. The following packages is available:
500GB, 1TB or 2TB storage for all your music, jingles, hot keys and ads. Your automation software database gets backed up too. You can store your live recordings too for purposes such as ICASA

A cloud server is handy in the case your studio has a power outage for a prolonged time or when there is extensive maintenance done or even when relocating your studio to a new premises. Your cloud server is a duplicate of your studio server which will have all your automation software with your database and all your content on. This server is configured to feed your FM transmitters and online stream when your studio is down.

We provide a full broadcast network monitoring service which will send you notifications on the exact location in the chain of the network where the problem is with some troubleshooting tips to help you rectify the problem yourself before contacting technical support.
